Private/Group/Corporate Classes

Deirdre is available to instruct individuals in their home. Private lessons will directly and immediately benefit the practitioner, who will be left feeling grounded, calm, and clear -as though they have touched grace. Yoga is most easily integrated into one's daily life if it arrives exactly as that - with ease, no hassle of travel, through direct attention, and in the comfort of one's home. Private rates are 100 euro for a 60 minute private lesson in your home, or 135 euro for 90 minutes. 10% discounts are available with the purchase of ten sessions.

Deirdre is also available to teach private groups at the following rates: 110 euro for the first two people, 20 euro per additional person.

Corporate classes are available for a negotiable flat rate, depending on number of persons.
