Pilates is efficient, low impact exercise. Designed to strengthen the core muscles of the body, Pilates improves posture, awareness and protects against injury. It complements every level of fitness and is appropriate for everyone. Deirdre's classes run in 8 week cycles, with a maximum of ten students for a high level of individualized attention.
